Therapy at KIT Psychology is a collaborative process and involves the integration of  effective evidence based therapies that are most appropriate to you and your individual needs.

Initial and ongoing assessments will measure your baseline and progress, and inform the choice of the most relevant and effective therapeutic approaches to build into your custom treatment plan. Your treatment plan is formulated specifically for you, and tailored to your individual needs and goals, and will likely evolve as you evolve, and progress through therapy.

The therapeutic approaches found to be the most effective in this practice include:

We at KIT Psychology recognise and celebrate the diversity of the community within which we work.

We acknowledge and respect the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we provide services, the Wadawurrung people, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.  We value the contributions that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people make in our society and respect and celebrate the Wadawurrung people’s enduring culture and spiritual connection to the land.

We welcome and work with people of every age and health status, of all races, religious, cultural and linguistic backgrounds, all abilities, gender identities and sexual orientations.
