Our intention is to provide you with these valuable resources, enabling you to incorporate them into your daily life, and ultimately empowering you to take an active role in your well-being. We hope they contribute to enhancing your therapeutic experience and bringing about lasting positive change.

Before you listen to these session recordings...

Ensure you do these sessions at a time when you can concentrate and not be otherwise engaged, to gain optimum effects from this exercise.

It is best to find a comfortable place where you can lie down or be seated away from disruptions. Do not operate any form of machinery while listening.

Do not hold anything in your hand, especially a hot drink or your electronic device, as these may fall during the course of the session.

Also, please ensure you're alert before driving or operating any machinery after the completion of a session.
